These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk68i ("pk68i", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino information platform accessible at pk68i.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the pk68i platform, including all games, betting markets, bonuses, promotions, and support services made available through it.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet on pk68i, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing pk68i on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

pk68i is operated for informational and entertainment purposes. This platform does not constitute legal, financial, or gambling advice. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, which restricts gambling activity in Pakistan.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To register and maintain an account on pk68i, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age for gambling as required by the laws of your jurisdiction — whichever is higher.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of a business, syndicate, or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of pk68i or any affiliated company.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on pk68i or any other platform where such exclusion is recognised by pk68i.
• You must not be located in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, unless you have independently confirmed that doing so is lawful in your specific circumstances.

Each Player is permitted to hold one account only on the pk68i platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pk68i will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security measures. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

pk68i reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

All transactions on the pk68i platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction.

Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar options for Pakistani users only. This does not constitute an endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with any of these providers. Players must refer to their own payment provider's terms and conditions before initiating any transaction.

• Deposits: Funds are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt. pk68i is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 1–5 business days after verification is approved.
• Pending Bonuses: Withdrawals cannot be processed while a bonus with an active wagering requirement is attached to your account, unless you forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Currency Conversion: If a transaction is initiated in a currency other than PKR, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. pk68i is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical availability.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the pk68i platform, across all sports markets (including Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 leagues, ICC tournaments, football, and UFC) and casino games:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when pk68i issues a bet confirmation reference. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid.
• Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where pk68i expressly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, abandoned without a result, if an obvious pricing error occurred, or if irregular betting patterns are detected. Void bets are settled at the stake returned.
• Obvious Errors: pk68i reserves the right to void and re-settle bets placed on markets where an obvious or manifest pricing error occurred, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Maximum Winnings: Single-event and accumulator winnings are subject to maximum payout limits. These limits are displayed within each market. Any winnings exceeding the stated limit will be paid at the stated maximum.
• Live Betting: In-play markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. pk68i is not responsible for bets placed on markets that were suspended at the time the bet was submitted, and such bets may be voided.
• Resulting: pk68i will use official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PCB-managed matches, the PSL organiser for PSL fixtures, FIFA for international football) to settle markets. In the absence of official results, pk68i's determination shall be final.

pk68i offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount in PKR) before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance or associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or event. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, and table games may carry different contribution percentages. The applicable contribution rate for each game type is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds or associated winnings that have not been cleared within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
• Abuse: pk68i reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or use of multiple accounts.

pk68i is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to generate income or to recover financial losses. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits to cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your account.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders showing how long you have been active in your current session and your net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account will be suspended and no bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months or on a permanent basis. During self-exclusion, your account is closed and you will be removed from all marketing communications.

We encourage any Player who feels that their gambling is no longer within their control to use these tools immediately and to seek independent support.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk68i platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent account restrictions by creating a new account on their behalf.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or during any support interaction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events on which pk68i offers markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or miscalculated odds to place bets at clearly incorrect prices.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or bonus distribution.
• Conducting any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, while knowingly misrepresenting your location.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the pk68i platform.

All content on the pk68i platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of pk68i or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk68i platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of pk68i.

Any trademarks, service marks, or logos appearing on the platform that belong to third parties (including payment providers, sports organisations, or software developers) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the pk68i platform does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with pk68i.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk68i shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the Player.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events outside pk68i's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
• Any reliance placed on information or content provided by the platform that does not constitute verified advice.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pk68i's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk68i makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the platform or its content.

pk68i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will state the effective date of revision.

Your continued use of the pk68i platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pk68i recommends checking this page whenever you notice the "Last Updated" date has changed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk68i is incorporated and licensed to operate. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute between you and pk68i arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pk68i will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe through good-faith negotiation.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified by pk68i's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided upon request.
